The NVSBC Scholarship Program allows us to offer new veteran businesses a scholarship to attend the 9th Veteran Entrepreneur Training Symposium (VETS’19), May 29 – 31, 2019. NaVOBA Bids Farewell to Capt. Rosemary Mariner

Last week, Capt. Rosemary Mariner passed away in Knoxville, Tenn. Mariner was a retired U.S. Navy pilot and was the first female to command a naval aviation squadron. Mariner was 65 and faced a ongoing battle with ovarian cancer.
