ABOUT MFM CORPORATE ENGAGEMENT SERIES

Procurement-Ready VBEs:

High Impact Learning Sessions

Marching Forward Mondays: Corporate Engagement series is a one-hour session where three or four corporate representatives will provide an overview to our Certified VBEs about how to contract with their company and any possible opportunities that are open now or in the near future. These take place on Mondays during weeks that we do not host a traditional VBE presentation session.

Upcoming Corporate Engagement Workshops

This session will provide an overview of Dollar General’s customer base, along with insights into how the company supports small business development. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of the pre-qualification process, how to effectively prepare for buyer meetings, and available resources such as the SBD Academy and Financial Enablement Program. This is a valuable opportunity to learn how to position your business for success within Dollar General’s supplier ecosystem.

What is MFM?

NaVOBA’s Marching Forward Mondays (MFM) series was launched in 2020 in response to COVID-19 to connect Veteran-Owned businesses with potential buyers through virtual events. The program has since evolved to create even more impactful conversations and opportunities, helping Veteran entrepreneurs compete for contracts with Corporate America.

Sessions like MFM Operation Matchmaker spark strategic 1:1 connections with Corporate Allies, while MFM Education & Development delivers practical strategies to help VBEs become procurement-ready. Stay ahead of all upcoming events by subscribing to our newsletter here.

Who's Invited?

NaVOBA's MFM Corporate Engagement Series is for:

What is VBE and SDVBE?

A Certified Veteran’s Business Enterprise® (VBE) or Service-Disabled Veteran’s Business Enterprise® (SDVBE) is a business certified by the National Veteran-Owned Business Association (NaVOBA) as at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by U.S. military veterans.

NaVOBA’s VBE and SDVBE certifications are the gold standard for Veteran businesses, giving corporations confidence in partnering with Certified Veteran's Business Enterprises®.
