To earn the distinction of becoming a NaVOBA Certified Veteran’s Business Enterprise® (VBE), applicants undergo a thorough verification process. @morgan.stanley Small Business Academy is an educational program that seeks to empower small business owners. The Academy focuses on helping small businesses leverage their competitive advantage, differentiate themselves in the procurement process, strengthen their business knowledge, and build their professional network. The program consists of a 12-week virtual, instructor-facilitated learning experience, followed by a yearlong mentorship. - The Academy application window will close on Friday, March 6, 2026. The final cohort selection date will be Thursday, April 16, 2026. *Please note dates are subject to change. - Participant requirements are: 1. Location: Small businesses based in the United States, Canada, or Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). 2. Ownership: Certified small businesses and those operating in underserved communities. 3. Revenue: Registered as a for-profit company with an annual revenue (net profit) of at least: - United States and Canada: $100,000 USD and no more than $2,000,000 USD - EMEA: $50,000 USD and no more than $1,000,000 USD 4. Years of Operation: Incorporated and operational for United States and Canada: 3-12 years or EMEA: 2-12 years, satisfies at least one of Morgan Stanley’s services, and participants are members of their business’s executive committee (max. of two participants representing one business).
