What lessons learned can you share with people to make their business succeed?

What pitfalls should they avoid?

"Hire slowly, fire quickly. Take time with hiring to ensure that you have found a good fit for your culture and your firm. When you have a problem (individual) that can not be addressed, remove that problem."

What other information about you and your business would you like to share with the NaVOBA community?

"My business is a result of an Alive Day on January 2nd 2002 when twelve others died and I lived. I realized that God had spared my life that I would serve his will, a cause greater than myself, with the life he had blessed me. Bancroft is the manifestation of that truth in the form of a non-profit initiative (train & employ disabled veterans) funded by the prosperity of a successful for-profit and content driven business."
