What were some of the challenges in getting your business started?  As a customer-centric entity, we are built on a culture of innovation and excellence. We aim to inspire our customers to replace traditional cleaners with cleaners made of 100% natural ingredients and biology One of the most important challenges is educate American families, businesses and government to fact that microbial-based cleaning products can compete with traditional or conventional hard surface cleaners and skin cleaners in terms of performance, safety, availability – and price – and there is science and data to back up these claims.

What is the key to the success of your business?  We are passionate about helping your business improve standards, reduce costs, and ensure compliance while being environmentally responsible.

What lessons learned can you share with people to make their business succeed?   As you begin to grow a small business, you begin to learn most everything is a learning process – and part of it is a relatively simple process – one that is made easier with help of those who have gone before you.

What pitfalls should they avoid?  The most important pitfalls to avoid include not having a business plan or clear, evolving road map to success, difficulty blending multiple personalities into a cohesive and responsive team, failure to develop key competencies, inconsistent communication, and feedback, and not learning from mistakes and errors.
